Commission Conditions
While I am a working artist keen to expand and improve my skills, there are things I can do, and things I am unable to. The below details cover what I offer and what I don’t, as well as what you can expect if you commission me.
Services Offered
My specialty is crisp line art, which will feature in all of my work.
At present I will happily work on:
– Chibis/Stickers
– Bust/Half-body characters
– Full body characters, including with background
– Mecha/Mechanicals
– Original Character designs/Character Sheets
Services Denied
I will not work on the following, and reserve the right to refuse any work that meets these criteria, or I feel I cannot complete satisfactorily.
– Anything illegal, such as sexualization of minors
– Excessive NSFW/Porn artworks (I will do lewd, however)
– NFT Projects, or AI projects
– Hate speech art (I will make humor art, so long as it is reasonable and does not seek to marginalize people.)
– Finishing/retouching another artists works
– Working in another artists style
What else should I know?
Here are a few more points you should be aware of:
– You should be 18+ to commission me
– I am not responsible if the art you request does not meet Twitch/Youtube/3rd party terms and is rejected.
– If you request art of existing characters or franchises, you should be aware of the legality of them for your intended use. I assume no liability for use of ‘fan art’ or otherwise in non-legal manners.
– I may be working on other art at the same time as your own. I will, however, remain in good contact with you during the time frame we agree in the contract. You are welcome to contact me any time and I will ensure you are aware of the state of your project as often as possible.
– If I do not hear from you for a time frame of three months, I will cancel your commission.
– I may change any of the information on this page at any time… however, if you have already commissioned me and have a contract, those terms will remain consistent for your project!
What are your prices?
I like to try to present reasonable rates for my work and allow people to pay what they believe the work is worth. While this means plenty of flexibility, I DO have some base rates for my work.
– Chibis/Stickers: Minimum $25
– Bust/Half Body: Minimum $45
– Full body, no background: Minimum $50
– Full Body w/ Background/Mecha: Minimum $80
– Original Design Sheet: Min $60, depending on complexity
I prefer to receive payment via Paypal, and will not work for either game currencies or cryptocurrencies.
If Paypal does not suit you, please let me know when you contact me and we can discuss options!
Refunds
Refunds will not be issued on completed work. I currently do not ask for payment until the work is finished, and I seek to remain in good contact with clients while working to make sure I am making what you desire.
Once your work is finished, I will require at least my base payment before art is delivered to you, and I am sadly unable to refund completed pieces.
Art Delivery/Rights
When I receive a commission request, I will email/Discord deliver a contract to you with specifics of art size, quality and the division of rights.
However, the following are consistent across all contracts:
– I retain the right to display the art on social media as proof of my capacity
– I deliver art in 300dpi minimum
– I retain rights until the contract is closed and I have been paid.
I prefer to deliver art via email, in .png format. I will not deliver the .csp creation files used to make your art.
